Aintree, home of The Grand National, which is held in April, the meeting is a 3 day festival with a number of Group 1 races with the last race of the meeting being the Grand National.
With meeting in October and December early measuring sticks in the National Hunt Season for those planning to compete in the major races of the season or preparing a run at the Grand National.
